After purchasing my Captains Quarters villa in 1984, I contracted with Trident Rentals to manage my property since I live in Tennessee. They have done an excellent job in all aspects of property management. They are responsive to my requests and always let me know if something needs to be done. They have done a wonderful job in finding both long-term and short-term renters for the property. During the many years I have owned my villa, I have been contacted by other property managers on the island, but not once have I been tempted to make a change. I have already found the best!

As a new condo owner , I was very hesitant on whether to use the large rental agencies or a local Shelter Cove agency. I selected Trident and after one year it was definitely the right agency. Not only did they do a great job of renting my condo but they took care of the condo as if they own it. They were quick to point out potential problems and were very attentive of helping resolve issues with an absentee owner. I feel very comfortable that my condo is well maintained. Even my guests get superior service (my niece went on her honeymoon and Trident surprised her with a bottle of champagne).
