WHAT IS AN EMERGENCY and SHOULD I CALL TO REPORT IT?
Our office is staffed by very capable, knowledgeable employees, but we do not work 24 hours a day.
The following are considered emergencies and should be reported to us via text at 843-580-8204.
For non-emergency requests, email us or call the office at 843-785-3447 and we will respond as soon as possible. We are in the office Monday- Friday from 11 AM to 4 PM. Non-emergency calls will be answered as soon as we reopen.
FIRE (Call 911)
MEDICAL (Call 911)
AC NOT COOLING (Please check settings first)
AC FAN should always be set on AUTO. If it is above 90º outside, expect only a 20º drop in temperature inside. Your villa will not cool below 70º until the outside temperature drops.
WATER LEAKING in your property or from another property into yours
PLUMBING PROBLEMS (toilet or drain backup)
APPLIANCE FAILURE (specifically refrigerator or stove)
Refrigerators will take up to 4 hours to recover if you have just put in a large amount of food. Please be patient.
LOCK PROBLEMS (keyless locks rarely have problems)
If you have a door that will NOT lock, the small inside lever may have been moved. Please turn it and it should begin to lock again. This lever does not provide extra security and should not be changed otherwise.
Please note that we do not manage the pool, hallways, parking lots, gates or buildings.
We can contact the regime if necessary after hours, but only in an emergency situation will they respond.
